EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
At ASSOLUTO, we kindly ask that all items be returned in the same condition in which they were received. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or use.
All products must be sent back in their original packaging, complete with every tag attached and fully intact. Please include the original packing slip inside the parcel. Returns from different orders must be shipped separately.
ASSOLUTO is not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Please contact us at info@assolutostudio.com, specifying whether you wish to request a return or an exchange. If you’d like to change an item, we will gladly assist you and — where available — ship your replacement at no cost if you are located in one of the eligible countries. (ITALY, AUSTRIA, AZORES, BELGIUM, CROATIA, DENMARK, FINLAND, FRANCE, GERMAN, IRELAND, LUXEMBOURG, NETHERLANDS, SPAIN, PORTUGAL, SLOVENIA, SWEDEN).
Complimentary exchange shipping applies exclusively to full-price items and depends on stock availability.
Our return policy applies only to full-price purchases.
We do not accept returns on items purchased with promotional discount codes. For all promotional purchases, we issue a store credit equal to the order value, valid for six months.
PLEASE NOTE: Items purchased from the Sale section are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. All discounted items are considered final sale.
RETURN TIMEFRAME
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
Orders placed between November 30th and December 31st may be returned until January 10th.
SHIPPING COSTS AND RETURN LABELS
All return-related costs — including shipping fees, duties, and taxes — are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your tracking number for reference.
At this time, return labels are available only for European orders. When we provide a return label, the cost of the selected shipping method will be deducted from your refund. You can refer to our Shipping Policy for all applicable rates.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return reaches us, refunds are issued within 7 days, often sooner. You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been completed. Please note that additional processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees, duties, and any local import taxes are non-refundable.
If you wish, you may include a brief note explaining the reason for your return—we truly appreciate your feedback.
