At ASSOLUTO, we ship worldwide.

All orders are dispatched from Italy.
Processing time is 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or during public holidays will be processed on the next business day and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

While we always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, delivery times may occasionally vary due to unforeseen circumstances. If any significant delay occurs, we will inform you promptly.

If the shipping address is entered incorrectly, or if the parcel is not collected within the time specified by the courier after the first delivery attempt, resulting in the package being returned to us, the related costs will be charged to the customer.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Duties and import taxes are not included in the order total. Customers outside the European Union may be required to pay these fees upon arrival of their parcel.
These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and must be paid to release the order from customs.

We are unable to provide estimates, as rates vary by country. For more information, we recommend contacting your local postal service or customs office.

If you choose not to pay the required duties and the shipment is returned to us, ASSOLUTO is not responsible for any associated costs.

SPECIAL DESTINATIONS

Due to local regulations, shipments to Russia require a company address. As an Italian company, we are not permitted to send parcels to private residential addresses.
